Turnkey Bulk Reclaim Systems

Vibrafloor provides a full package of project services including design, installation and commissioning of modular, vibrating reclaim systems for all types of silos, domes, hoppers and stores, ensuring integral unloading of a wide range of bulk products.

Our services are as follows:

Mechanical and Electrical Design

From the project inception to its delivery, our design department works in close collaboration with the customer, to accurately translate the initial requirements into a precise scope of work for all the elements of the system to be delivered.

The mechanical part addresses first the civil engineering requirements, in particular the angle and configuration of the floor slope(s), and then the geometry of all elements, from modules to trays, ducts, anchors and other accessories.

The electrical part covers the architecture of the power and control systems, from vibrators to PLC including programming. Any specific brands and standards can be accommodated to suit customer’s requirement.

A full package of documentation is provided as part of every project, with additional elements if required by the applicable Quality Plan.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Every Vibrafloor module is preassembled at our manufacturing plant located in Dracy-le-Fort,  France, using special machines, under a systematic Quality Assurance & Control process, in accordance with our ISO 9001 certification.

Modules are set up specifically for the characteristics of the product to be stored, to ensure optimal performance and durability. During packaging, great care is taken to ensure that all modules are sealed dustproof, before being dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

We have extensive experience in the export documentation and formalities necessary to ship our goods anywhere in the world.

Our logistics team accommodates all destinations and modes, and makes arrangements for delivery on site or at the local port at the optimal price. Responsibility is transferred to the consignee upon delivery at the agreed site or port: unloading, covered storage, insurance and re-handling of the goods.

Installation Supervision

Thanks to its simplicity, the Vibrafloor system can be installed by any professional team with basic mechanical and electrical skills, following the comprehensive Installation Manual we provide with every project. Upon request, we can also provide qualified engineers or technicians for additional training and supervision when required.

Commissioning

Any newly installed system is inspected by one of our qualified engineers or technicians, to ensure full compliance with our quality requirements, and startup readiness.  This inspection consists of a comprehensive series of visual checks, both on mechanical and electrical systems, followed by a number of more detailed controls on a sample of modules.

Functional tests are then performed on every single module, detector as well as groups of modules, before the final automation test which enables startup.

Training and Follow-up

Upon successful startup of his new system, each client receives a complete set of documentation for the project, including a comprehensive Operations & Maintenance Manual, the Automation logic description, system layouts, etc.

Subject to prior agreement, our qualified engineers or technicians can also provide further on-site training for clients or contractors.

Our involvement continues beyond a successful startup: throughout the system run life, we remain available to provide any necessary technical assistance.

System Monitoring

Any Vibrafloor system can also be equipped with simple remote surveillance tools. We can monitor the system’s health and good operation throughout its run life, and take action on any potential issue before it generates a loss of time or money.

This is particularly helpful for clients with a focus on preventive maintenance in the long term, maximizing asset utilization and equipment life span.
